How do I schedule a tour?
What fees are due with my application?
A $50 application fee per person over the age of 18, and an administrative move in fee of $400 are due when you submit your application. In the event that your application isn't approved, the $400 move in fee will be refunded to you.
How long does it take to process a completed application?
We will typically get back to you within 24 hrs.
Are pets allowed?
Cats are welcome to live with you. There is a one time fee of $125 for each cat (limit two).
Do I have to obtain renters insurance?
Yes. Renters insurance is required as part of your lease agreement.
Is smoking allowed at the property?
No. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property including inside your apartment.
Which utilities do I have to pay for?
Does the management passthrough additional utility charges?
No! You will not receive any pass-through utility charges during your residency.
Is there a laundry room in the building?
Yes. A coinless laundry room is located in the building.
Where can I park?
Limited off-street parking is available on a first come first served basis for an additional fee. Free street parking is also readily available.
